1. Who we are

This website is operated by Yes Papa Ltd (company number 15879634, formerly Sun Supplement Limited), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Yes Papa Ltd.

2. Using this website

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are accessing it from the United Kingdom. You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order and to use this site only for lawful purposes.

3. How a contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept by dispatching the goods. A binding contract is formed at the moment of dispatch, not at the moment of payment or order acknowledgement. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing error, stock unavailable); if we have taken payment we will issue a full refund within 14 days.

4. Products

We sell general merchandise including home, garden, outdoor, sports, leisure, DIY, and pet supplies. Product images are representative; minor variations in colour, finish, and packaging are not defects. Where a product has safety information or instructions, please read and follow them.

5. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and include VAT where applicable. If we are not VAT-registered, prices are exclusive of VAT by default and no VAT will be added. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal via Shopify Payments. If we have made an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you.

6. Delivery

We dispatch from our UK warehouse. Standard delivery is 2–5 working days via DPD, Yodel, Evri, or Royal Mail depending on weight and destination. Heavier or bulkier items may take longer. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes on receipt of full payment.

7. Your right to cancel (cooling-off)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us at sam@splash37.com within the 14-day period and return the goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of notifying us.

The right of cancellation does not apply to:

Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery (for hygiene reasons)
Custom-made or personalised items
Perishable goods
Digital content once downloaded or streamed

8. Returns & refunds

See our full Refund Policy. In summary: contact us before returning any item, use tracked postage, and we'll refund within 14 days of receiving the return (original dispatch cost non-refundable on change-of-mind returns).

9. Faulty or mis-described goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If your item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery, or a repair/replacement within 6 months. We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty items.

10. Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our maximum liability to you for any order is the price you paid for that order.

11. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) courier delays, severe weather, strikes, customs action, internet outages, or supplier failures.

12. Complaints & dispute resolution

We aim to resolve any complaint quickly and fairly. Contact us at sam@splash37.com; we will acknowledge within 3 working days and aim to resolve within 14. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your home courts.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top records the most recent revision.
